One pebble, so many ripples. What will you do to make a difference? Join host Kristine Duininck, along with her adult children, Elsie and Harris, as they interview guests who have stepped out in courage to make a difference in the world.

Kristine Fladeboe Duininck is a proud wife to her husband Jamie and loving mother to their two adult children, Elsie and Harris. Rooted deeply in her faith, Kristine finds joy in her family, encouraging others, spending time outdoors, running, and serving those in need.

A professional auctioneer with over 30 years of experience, Kristine’s love for the auction business began early—listening to her father sell everything from cattle to collectibles.  She graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 1995 and earned her degree in Business and Communications from the University of St. Thomas in 1996. She quickly followed in her father’s footsteps, joining the family business and carving her own path in the industry.

Kristine’s talent and dedication have earned her national recognition. She was named the 2006 Minnesota State Champion Auctioneer and the 2010 International Auctioneer Champion. In 2019, she was inducted into both the World Wide College of Auctioneering Hall of Fame and Hall of Champions—an honor reserved for the most distinguished in her field.

As a partner at Fladeboe Advancement, Kristine leads benefit auctions around the globe.  The firm has become one of the largest benefit auction companies in the nation. She also serves as Managing Broker and co-owner of Fladeboe Land, where she specializes in farmland auctions across Minnesota.

In addition to her auctioneering work, Kristine is a passionate motivational speaker and a proud member of the National Auction Association. Her voice, values, and vision continue to inspire both on and off the auction stage.

Elsie Duininck believes life to the fullest is found in everyday life with God! She has had some meaningful adventures over the years, competing in cross country running, studying at Wheaton College, guiding a visually impaired High School runner, managing a hostel in Bergen, Norway, and living in the Bodensee region of Germany for 6 months. Her newest adventure is her full time job with Feed My Starving Children as a Program Supervisor overseeing People, Communication, & Training along with empowering volunteers every day that they can make an impact in the lives of hungry kids in critical need. Elsie resides in the Twin Cities and when she isn’t energizing a crowd or packing meals at her work facility in Coon Rapids Minnesota, she can be found drinking cold brew coffee, running trails, admiring a sunset or airplane flying by or on the lake in her hometown of Spicer, Minnesota.

Harris Duininck is a student at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, majoring in Economics. When he’s not in a classroom, you can find him outdoors, hunting, fishing, or snow skiing when the weather allows. Harris can usually be found with a book about history, politics, geography, faith or personal growth. He is passionate about personal connections, learning new cultures and experiencing life outside the comfort zone.
